Ahhh, special. See the big model? Yeah, man. 3
new pix of the rock & roll superHIZZLE,
by David Younger, who takes great pictures. To paraphrase my
favorite commercial, "Images plucked
from the playing field like ripened fruit that will smack you in your
eyehole."

S, D, and R&R Recap
Our first Stop, Drop, and
Rock & Roll concert was an unforgettable night indeed.
One of the best and most diverse lineups of talent I've ever shared
the stage with. Chris Carpenter impressed everyone with his
voice and songs, Eddie Raven and Jimbeau Hinson pleased the
crowd with hit after hit, the John Cowan Band dazzled with their
virtuosity, and of course your favorite rock & roll superheroes "kicked
it real school" (you know how we do). A portion of the proceeds was
donated the the Shackle Island Fire Department.
Big thanks to the Italian Grille for hosting the event and taking
great care of the artists, Paul Martin for assembling a phenomenal
band, Dan Spomer for running the sound, and most of all to Norah
Lee Allen for doing most of the behind-the-scenes legwork to make it
all happen.
We still have some T-shirts from the event (pictured at left), in
sizes L and XL. These are high-quality, great-looking shirts,
get yours before they're gone!

I can't really think of a good way to end this announcement. Boy, this
is awkward.

Promised Land

Cassette
Promised Land: The Branson Collection contains selections from each of the TDS albums, and several never-before-released tracks. It also includes new versions of several well-known songs, including "Elvira", "Mystery Train", "Let It Be", and "Your Cheatin' Heart". You could say it showcases my quieter stuff. Also includes performances by Paul and Jamie Martin, Will Hoge, Ron Fairchild, Paul Uhrig, and many other talented folks. Go to the TDS Record Store to order.
